Outstanding doctor!! Emailed him at night as my son's rashes worsened . Got a morning appointment. Very pleasant secretary and helpful. I totally agree with what everyone has written above. He did a spot diagnosis for my son and referred us further to appropriate specialist. Very clear explanation. Reassured me and my husband very well. Totally recommend him. A. Prabhaker

I had been in and out of hospital with my 2 year old son for about 6 months without ever having a clear indication of what was wrong with him. As soon as i was directed to Dr Hyer we knew that he was going to get to the root of the problem, and he did! Within 2 weeks my son had been diagnosed with coeliac, and with thanks to Dr Hyer my son is now a lively and happy 2 year old again. We felt that Dr Hyer was so easy to talk to, and really accesible which put us so much at ease. We reall felt that he cared and that we got great care!

Took my 16 month old to see Dr Hyer this morning and came out feeling so much better about our sons condition. Dr Hyer was extremely patient and explained everything in a way we could understand. We would definitely recommend him.

Dr Hyer correctly diagnosed my 7 year old son within 5 minutes (after much GP to-ing and fro-ing) and treated his bowel problem very conscientiously over the next couple of years until it totally resolved. He has since seen both my sons. His diagnosis has always been spot on. As decisive about when not to intervene as he is when treatment is necessary. My sons find him funny and friendly. He does not talk down to them. Clearly loves children and they instinctively respond to that and relax. He understands that parents get anxious, sometimes over-anxious, and is unfazed by emotional meltdowns. Frank and direct whilst being kind and full of practical advice. Always replies promptly to emails. Never makes you feel he's too busy to listen. Totally committed. They should get him to write the book for medical students on how to communicate with patients. Outstanding doctor.

Dr Warren Hyer did a colonoscopy on me 2 weeks ago. I was very happy with the way he explained and conducted the procedure. He was very clear when giving me my instructions and made me laugh as well.
